Open box, never refurbished. Our name is Open Box Home, and that is exactly what we sell. The box has been opened. The item inside it never has, and it was never a customer return. The manufacturer’s warranty is still inside. Nothing here is refurbished, ex display, graded, B stock or a returned unit. Boxes are open for three reasons: overstock verification, display units, and damaged outer packaging. In all three the item inside is untouched. That is the whole reason for the price.

Do I need an account to order?

No. Checkout is as a guest: your email address and your shipping address are all we need.

How long does delivery take?

We pack your order within 3 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 5 to 8 business days in the United States, and 8 to 12 business days in the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. Every parcel ships from the United States.

Do I pay for shipping?

No. Standard tracked shipping is free to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. Anything exceptional is shown before you pay.
